A Good Day to Listen

It's been a good day at work, but a long day. I feel like I talked half the day, and I spent a lot of time last night at AA talking. I'm looking forward to going to my meeting tonight and just listening. Hopefully the weird lady won't be there to complain about her Walmart co-workers! Still can't get over the shock of finding out Sandy died. I shared this after the meeting last night, but I don't really feel like bringing it up again. She was only 47, had kids and grandkids and just finished her Purdue degree. Such a nice, funny person, too. Alcohol is a really terrible thing. Everyone laughs about it, and acts like it's funny when people pass out and do stupid things, but it's really a national tragedy.
