My name is Daniel, and I'm an alcoholic.

It was about 35 days ago when I realized I was an alcoholic. I wasn't sure how that happened or how it was even possible, but I knew it was. Those close to me worry about me as I work my way through sobriety, and this blog is my attempt at open communication as I go through all the steps and to let my loved one's know how I'm doing. It also helps me to hold myself accountable. One day at a time.
